Andaman and Nicobar falls in one of the sever territories of India. This place is famous for its beauty of flora and fauna. It is blissful both on land as well as in the water.

Andaman and Nicobar will setup two power plants.

India’s first storage power plant will be setup at Port Blair, one of the main islands in Andaman, bringing 24/7 power supply to remote places.

The first Power plant will be located at Chiria Tapu, and the capacity of this plant will be 8 MW and the other one will come up at Manglu Tan, holding a capacity of 17 MW. Both these locations are at Port Blair.

The estimated price for this project is not yet declared, as the officials responsible for this project are waiting to know the bids that will come in next 5-6 months. The project completion is said to be by June 2018.
